Cozy Office Finds for 2023
I’m so excited to share some of my favorite Amazon finds for your office! With the new year just beginning, now is the time to declutter and organize your workspace— and if you need a little push to get you motivated, check out this list of items I either own myself or realllly want (ahem.. under the desk walking pad, I’m talking to you). 2023 WILL BE OUR YEAR so let’s start it off with the coziest office space.

I made the plunge this year and purchased a standing desk (my exact model is linked here, but a much more affordable desk that’s just as beautiful can be found here. Being able to sit in an office chair, a barstool or stand up while editing has not only saved my back and posture, but also I no longer get antsy or restless when I’m at the computer for too long. Plus, it’s cuter than most desks I’ve found so that’s always a plus!
Put this under my dream wishlist for 2023.. I have been wanting a walking pad for under my standing desk for months and I found the most beautiful one!!
I own & love this office chair. It is soooo comfy and has really great back support. I also think it looks so dang cute in my office! It was super easy to assemble I did it myself in just a few minutes!
4. STANDING PAD
Okay I promise not all these items are desk related lol. But let me tell you— spending hours editing is no longer the bane of my existence. These tools (like this standing pad that has foot massagers that keep your feet busy if you struggle with restlessness like I do while editing) really really help. Also the grey matches my chair and a cohesive office is the best office!
WE LOVE a functional AND beautiful item. And this my friends is it. I was having issues with my neck and posture (total techneck), and I was gifted a computer stand like this one. I didn’t realize that lifting my laptop just a few inches could really make that big of a difference for me, but it totally does. (Pro tip— purchase a wireless keyboard and mouse, and it is a game changer with this stand.)
Maybe it’s just me, but I am prone to spilling whatever beverage that’s in my hand (90% of the time it’s coffee, let’s be honest). This pad helps protect your desk and keeps things cute and stylish which I love.
HOW CUTE is this planner? I use a weekly planner to write out which days I have photoshoots/ which days I’m editing and so on. I do this every Monday and it starts my week on a productive note! This also will look adorable on your desk.
This organizer is great for if your desk doesn’t have any drawers (like mine). You can fill it with SD cards, hard drives, cords— whatever you need! Again, cute + functional = chef’s kiss.
I told you about my weekly planners to organize the details of each work day, but this calendar is more to look at the month as a whole. I write each photoshoot, meeting, mentorship down on there, as well as any personal plans as another way to make sure nothing get’s double booked. (I obviously have google calendar for this, but I’m such a paper and pen girly so I have to have it on my wall right next to me!) I love how simple and neutral this calendar is!
9. COZY BLANKET
What’s a cozy office without a comfy blanket to be wrapped in for endless hours of emails and editing?
10. ESSENTIAL OIL + DIFFUSER
I have owned both a Vitruvi diffuser, and this dupe, and honestly there is NO difference. The quality for the price is UNREAL. Also this oil smells amazing!!
11. COASTERS
I don’t know what it is about coasters but they have to be cute. If they’re going to be sitting on your desk, they better not be an eyesore lol. And these ones are CUTE.
12. REED DIFFUSER
If you’re not a fan of essential oils, but want your office to smell SO GOOD, grab one of these little guys and set them anywhere in your office. BOOM, a great smelling office at all times.
13. THE BEST JOURNALS & PENS
I’m such a pen & paper gal. And I don’t like ruled journals because I feel like they hold me back haha. So these are truly the best I own like 20, and fill them up constantly!! Also, muji pens are the best and you can’t convince me otherwise.
14. MACRAME PLANT HANGER & WALL SHELF HANGER
I think plants just make any room 10x cozier. And how cute is this macrame hanger?! If you’re scared to screw into your ceiling like me, this wall shelf hook is an awesome alternative and it’s so cute!
15. CUTE PRINTS & FRAMES
I own Matisse prints and I’m just obsessed with them. How cute would these be hung up on your office wall?! I LOVE.
